The motel is providing complimentary breakfast in a meeting room. Restaurant & coffee shop are currently a building zone, so this is an acknowledgement to that guests that they are being inconvenienced. The breakfast buffet, in a small meeting room, was in actuality a business conference between four men loudly discussing development software while other guests eat around them. I went across the road for coffee & morning reading.
